College Time!

Being a Senior has its many perks.
There are senior privileges, senior desks, and other such things that make this year super fun.

However, we also have to deal with things like College Applications, SAT's and other heavy school work (at least in the fall!)

This girl however has been preparing for college probably since eighth grade and researching schools! I was SUPER prepared when it came to college searching and applying! Have to admit though, having riding as a passion limited some of my school choices, but also introduced me to schools I probably would have never applied to before!

I have to admit, I am a northern girl... but I want to go SOUTH!

here are my top three choices! (not in any particular order)

Auburn University! Home of the Tigers! I love this university for its big campus opportunities with a small campus feel! I also would LOVE to have a football school seeing as my school doesn't have a football team and I've been severely lacking in the spirit department (besides being head cheerleader....)

Next School...

College of Charleston! I love Charleston. The minute I arrived I felt that I belonged there. Their riding team is good and the people are super nice!

and last but certainly not least...

Southern Methodist University! Recently visited this school in Dallas and was blown away by how beautiful it is and how lovely all of the people are! Hope I get in, fingers crossed!

Till next time.... xoxo Emily!

Oh goodness...

I haven't been on here in ages! I took the summer off due to college apps and riding but now that I'm back in the swing of things I would love to get back into this blog! I feel that now I'm a senior and starting to think more seriously about my life and my future, a blog would be a good thing to have in order to reference back to past things! I'm so excited to start a new chapter in my life and I hope to take you all along for the journey with me!

xoxo Emily
