My Life in Charleston

I've been living in Charleston for the past four months now and can honestly say my life has been changed for the better! Going to school here in the Holy City is so unique and unlike any of my other friend's college experiences due to the plethora of history and the wonderfulness that is Charleston. Since being here at C of C I've joined a Sorority and the Varsity Equestrian Team! Doing both has proved to be difficult, and I won't lie and say it didn't affect my grades... but I've made a promise to myself to put academics first next semester rather than social life. Being in a sorority has proved to be one of the best decisions I have ever made and the girls I now get to call my sisters I know will be there for me through thick and thin forever & always. Delta Gamma is my home now and I have high hopes for myself as a person because of it's ability to make me want to be my best possible self. Next year, I'm living with 3 of my best friends and I could not be more excited. until next time, Emily

UH OH I know this happens to me a lot... but I keep forgetting about this poor blog! As said before, I have a tumblr which is my pride and joy and where I update the most... but this blog is something I really want to keep updated! I am moving to Charleston in THREE WEEKS for college! Eep! I finally get to become that "southern belle" I've been wanting to all these years! Currently, I am looking to study Communications and maybe Sociology... but in all honesty I have no idea what I want to do with my life. I think that I'm going to continue using this blogs as a more personal platform where I can post about fashion, interesting DIY I find, updates on my personal life, and other such things. xoxo! Emily
